At Enerrinsing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our timepieces and accessories. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
All components, accessories, and documentation must be included
Proof of purchase must be provided

Provide your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
Ship the item back to us using a secure, trackable method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.
Items covered by warranty should be returned for repair or replacement according to the warranty terms. Warranty claims are separate from our standard return policy and may have different procedures. Please refer to your warranty documentation or contact us for assistance.
